We rehersal in such a beautiful and mystical places, here in a temple called Yamuna Kunja, in the shore of the sacred Yamuna river, great musicians came like Angels to decorate Quirio´s sound with incredible colors.

Another incredible place, Vamsi Kunja, constructed near to the ancient place where Krishna played his flute, the vibration in this place make the music flows like if the sounds were alive...

Recordings on "One spoon for Mother"

Last week we made the last recordings from Shyamananda for the project "one spoon for mother", he came all the way from Sweden and the last details were made with great joy!, also Karuna Mayi gave the beautiful introduction with her beautiful 4 month old sweet voice, and her mother Arci from Finland recorded some beautiful poems in Finish.
That was a great step and now we have to make the arrangements, to recoord some instruments more and then the mix, but we go step by step, as our Danish filmmaker Elizabeth Rygard said "Every art project has its own life, so let it grow as it wants" , and realy this project has it´s own magic since the first time we went to Göteborg in Sweden and we met the nimai gang.

What is Nahuatl?

Nahuatl is an Uto-Aztecan language spoken by about 1.5 million people in Mexico. The majority of speakers live in central Mexico, particularly in Puebla, Veracruz, Hildago, San Luis Potosi, Guerrero, Mexico (state), El Distrito Federal, Tlaxcala, Morelos and Oaxaca, and also in El Salvador. There are smaller numbers of Nahuatl speakers throughout the rest of Mexico, and in parts of the USA.

Classical Nahuatl was the language of the Aztec empire and was used as a lingua franca in much of Mesoamerica from the 7th century AD until the Spanish conquest in the 16th century. The modern dialects of Nahuatl spoken in the Valley of Mexico are closest to Classical Nahuatl.

Nahuatl was originally written with a pictographic script which was not a full writing system but instead served as a mnemonic to remind readers of texts they had learnt orally. The script appeared in inscriptions carved in stone and in picture books, many of which the Spanish destroyed.

The Spanish introduced the Latin alphabet to write Nahuatl, and a large amount of prose and poetry was subsequently written. Every since there has been considerable debate about how to spell Nahuatl.

The Vedas are perhaps the oldest written text on our planet today. They date back to the beginning of Indian civilization and are the earliest literary records of the whole Aryan race. They are supposed to have been passed through oral tradition for over 100,000 years. They came to us in written form between 4-6,000 years ago.

The Vedas are divided into four groups, Rigveda, Yajurveda, Samaveda and Atharvaveda. Each group has an original text (Mantra) and a commentary portion.

Esp: Nueva Producción en XNÉ Studio: Friedich Rückert

28 de Abril, Luna Llena. Para la nueva producción del Audio Libro basado en la Poesía de Friedich Rückert tuvimos la visita de una gran personalidad internacional Swami BA Paramadvaiti, quien con su voz, entusiasmo y proyección llenó el espacio de XNÈ Studio. Acompanandolo a la guitarra clásica, estuvo el reconocido terapeuta musical Lars Christian Druzba, originario de Alemania y fundador de la escuela de Musicoterapia Zauberklang.

Durante las horas de grabación se logró terminar la grabación del Audio Libro que será posteriormente producido por Lars Druzba, además de contar con la maravillosa paticipación de Swami BA Paramadvaiti en el nuevo disco de Qüirio: One Spoon for Mother en la canción Original Kingdom.

For the new production of the Audiobook based on the Poetry of Friedich Rückert we had the visit of a great international personality Swami BA Paramadvaiti, who with his voice, enthusiasm and projection filled the space of XNÈ Studio. Accompanying with the classic guitar, there was the recognized musical therapist Lars Christian Druzba, native of Germany and founder of the school of Musictherapy Zauberklang.

During the hours of recording we could managed to finish the recording of the Audio Book that will be post-produced later by Lars Druzba, in addition we had the wonderful paticipation of Swami BA Paramadvaiti on the new Qüirio CD: One Spoon for Mother in the song: Original Kingdom.

Otro interesante factor de similitud lo encontramos en el color de los templos los cuales son iguales en América y la India, como lo comprueba la doctora Nuttal, quien citando a Schlagintweit en su libro ‘Budismo en Tibet,’ dice que: “Las paredes de los templos miran hacia los cuatro puntos cardinales y cada lado está pintado con un color en particular, verde el Norte, el Este blanco, el Sur amarillo, y rojo el Oeste.
Ahora comparen la descripción dada con el templo de Quetzalcoatl en México, del que el historiador español Sahagun, dice: “El cuarto del Este era denominado ‘la Casa Dorada,’ y estaba decorada con platillos dorados, el cuarto del Oeste era llamado la Casa de Esmeraldas y Turquesas y era por lo tanto azul, el cuarto del Sur estaba decorado con perlas y plata, y el cuarto del Norte de rojos jaspes y conchas. Sahagun describe además un segundo cuarto decorado con los mismos colores. Otra similitud entre los templos de India y México es que ambos son redondos.”
